EZregister

ACES uses a third-party product called EZregister for creating online registrations for events. Participants may pay with a credit card or NMSU P-Card to attend. Other payment options include: pay with a check, at-the-door, or free.

EZregister charges a $1 service fee per charge item for using their system. The credit card fees are the charges that the host incurs, but are not part of the revenue for EZregister.

A valid email address is required of participants to send the confirmation after registering. There is no need for hosts to provide index or account numbers. EZregister will send a paper check when the event is over; after deducting the service and credit card fees.
