The ACES Calendar is for everyone to stay up-to-date with what is happening around the state. Many events include student functions and fund-raisers; county workshops and fairs; field days, and so much more. Please visit the ACES Calendar.
A simple form is available for your event to be included. Required fields are:
- Event Title
- Event Description - Include the Time of the event, physical address, a summary, rsvp details, registration link, etc. within this box
- Starting and End Date(s)
- Contact Information - Include Name, Email Address, and Phone Number
- Website - Copy and paste the entire link
- Event City
- County
- Captcha - A simple question to ensure you are not a robot or spammer
Please do not include an agenda or schedule. We can provide this information within your website or online registration.
The form is available to ACES Employees only and not students. However, students may obtain permission from their supervisor to submit a calendar request.
